A pillion passenger on a motorbike carrying a large wheeled suitcase. One arm clamped around it, the other around the rider, knees against the tank, riding in traffic between the cars.
At home I would be writing this up as a finding. Here it is Thursday evening. Within ten minutes I had also seen two children without helmets, a stepladder and a dog on motorbikes.
The interesting part is that the speeds are low and everybody expects it. It is dangerous all the same.
